Third Day
Improving Your Spiritual Health

Be quiet. Take time for yourself every day.

a.After taking ur shower and have ur dinner prepare in a place ( a chare, or table in ur bedroom) all the things u will use in the next day. Make it easy to you get and don’t forget them.

b. Be in a comfortable position: seating on a sofa, on bed on a pillow... whatever... choose a nice place to start.

We need always a moment to ourselves, a time in a day where we can talk to God and listen too. This is a real realationship!!!

Then... Let´s start...

1st. Start Singing a Song of worship, praise or encouragement to be always before the Lord.

2nd. Pray to God...

• giving Him thanks for this third day into this purpose: "Be closer to Him daily." and for each deliverance you could realize and for the ones you didn´t... Because He is always doing for us... even when we cannot see.
• telling Him about the experiences you have experienced since from the first day of this project and purpose.
  
• saying how much you want to learn from Him and how much your heart wants to be closer and closer to Him.
• asking His guidance during your daily jorney with Him.
• asking inspiration from His Holy Spirit to do all the things you need to do properly.
• calling Him and inviting Him to your daily routine, to every moment and thing in your day.
• telling Him how important He is to You all the time of your life.

3rd. Get the paper in which you have written about your PROJECT LIFEyesterday and read it again.

It is in the 3rd ( third ) activity from yesterday.... it´s below:

=>3rd. Get a notebook or a paper and a pen and start building a project life. Take note of the things you want to see done until the end of this year. Write in a paper and present to God in prayer. Call the Father and The Holy Spirit to be part of this project. Ask Guidance and Direction and Give thanks for All We Put Before God He Listens.

ITHEMS OF YOUR PROJECT:

• Things you want to see done until the end of the year. (purpose)
  

• Things you need to do and make to see it concluded.(attitudes)

Add more necessary ithems according your Project. Remember the Project Life can include:

• your spiritual life.
• your personal life ( health, family, relationship)
• your profissional life.

and so much more!!!

--Present all ithems to God and keep telling about your hope and expectations;
--Ask God to open your mind, heart and understanding to built all this in prayers and properly attitudes;
--Call the Father and The Holy Spirit to be part of this project... Making for you what you cannot do or make;
--Ask Him Guidance and Direction in every moment of this journey;
-- Give thanks for He listening All We Put Before Him.


4th. Sing a Song of Thanks Given and Read a Text from Bible.

5th. Meditate in:

=> ¹³I can do everything through him who gives me strength. ( Philippians 4:13)

=> ⁶Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. ⁷And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)

=> ⁸Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. ( Philippians 4:08)

=>⁶being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. ( Philippians 1:06)

=>James 1:17
"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and come down from the Father of lights..."

=>¹⁵For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

¹⁶The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

¹⁷And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

¹⁸For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. ( Romans 8: 15-18)

Improving Your Spiritual Health

Let´s Start...

1st. Always start with a song. Listening and singing a song Praising and Worshiping. It´s comproveted that sing brings brings good health to Soul and Body.
Sing songs of thanksgiven... Sing songs which brings Hope to heart.

2nd. Pray in the name of Jesus

• Pray to God...Give thanks for the day... Give thanks for all the challenges you have been victorious... Give thanks for arriving safe at home.

• Pray telling to God about the last day how you were feeling and how you are feeling today. Tell him about you have faced in job and at home, tell him about the things you are expecting and waiting for Him do.

• Pray telling to God that You Want Him and Need Him in this journey with Himself. Call the Holy Spirit to be Part of this journey with you and God in Jesus Name... Tell them how They are important to you in your daily personal, spiritual, family and work life. Call them to be part of YOUR PROJECT LIFE.
• Pray asking His inspiration to go ahead with your projects, and with all you are doing daily.

13 Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.

James 1:17

• I AM HEALED IN ALL AREAS OF MY LIFE because Jesus received on His own Body all Punishment for MY transgressions,for all my iniquities, and through this Punishment oh Him I Have Peace.

• JESUS TOOK all my infirmities, my sorrows, all my afflicitions.

• For this I dont need to carry anything of this, Jesus has set me free to I LIVE A FREE LIFE BEFORE GOD WITH THE HEALING TO ALL MY WHOLE LIFE.

• I AM STRONG IN JESUS... I TAKE AS POSSESSION ALL THE BLESSINGS AND VICTORIES THAT JESUS WON FOR ME ON THE CROSS.

SALVATION, HEALING IN MIND, BODY AND ALL AREAS OF MY LIFE.

• I DECLARE THAT I AM NOT JUST SAVED.... I AM HEALED ALSO IN THE NAME OF CHRIST JESUS BECAUSE OF HIS AMAZING SACRIFICE FOR ME ON THE CROSS.

• IN JESUS NAME I SAY ALL THESE THINGS AND TAKE AS POSSESSION ALL THAT JESUS HAS CONQUISTED FOR ME ON THE CROSS. AMEN.AMEN.AMEN.

First Day ---
Improving Your Spiritual Health
1. Be quiet. Take time for yourself every day.

a. after taking ur shower and have ur dinner prepare in a place ( a share, or table in ur bedroom) all the things u will use in the next day. Make it easy to you get and don’t forget them.

b. after arranging all things, sit on the bed, or in a cushion, pillow but don’t forget to lean ur back on the bad, wall or anything.

c. Being in a comfortable position and having a small note book and pen:

Then...Let´s start.

1st. Make a prayer

2nd. Sing a song

3rd. Think about the good things that happened today and give thanks to the Lord.

4th. About the bad ones, tell to God how u felt in that time and what your desire about those things. Don´t be afraid in showing your dissatisfaction to God, He wants to listen everything and more than you, He wants to change all things and make all beautiful.
Be sincere and open your heart to God.
If u feel like crying, cry and breath deeply.

5th. Tell to God all your secrets and desires. Feel Him as The Great Friend He is, always ready to listen You.
Talk to God openly, telling everything this will make you feel lighter.


6th. After that, sing a song and take note of some phrase, verse from bible or anything that came to ur mind after this time.

7th. Thanks God for this time and meditate in this verse: “ 1 João 4:13-16)
Get the pen and rewrite it in your notebook and think about the privilege of having God as Father.

Write something u think about it.

8th. Relax and listen a song.

9th. Say these words:

"The LORD is my Shepherd, I shall not be in want.
The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
With your help I can advance against a troop:with my God I can scale a wall.
The LORD lives! Praise be to my Rock!
Exalted be God my Savior!
I am more than conqueror in Jesus Name, Amen.Amen. Amen.”


1oth.Give thanks to the Lord, have some water and go to sleep with confidence.
And be sure that God is working for you even while you are sleeping.

Do not stop reading to meditate while reading. HOW WE SHOULD START?

It´s common to human give up the fight sometimes... When all seems go too hard and bad... the first thing that comes to our mind is: GIVE UP!!!

But to give up is the easy way to say: " it´s not worth fighting!"

When we saw the example of Christ Jesus on the cross and the world how is goin on nowaday, the question that can comes to us is " was it worth?" In anytime God thought "it´s not worth it!" instead of this, his worried was "There is no one righteous, not even one..."(Romans 3:10) ... Even the situation was so terrible and seeing how human beings were conducting their lives, his thought was about => where is the one who will be able to bring justice and salvation to the world? I am not seeing anyone... there is no one... no one righteous, not even one..."

In that time He could give up and tell: " If there is no one rightesnous.... then there will be not rightness! I am really sorry!"

But nothing can frustrade God´s plans and when we are trying to walk in this paths, trusting in Him and seeking a life of experience and tight relationship with God, we can be sure: THERE IS JUST A WAY.... AND EVEN WE CANNOT SEE EVEN ONE... GOD WILL MAKE A WAY!

It was what happened when Christ Jesus came... Where it seems there is no way... He is the Bridge, He is the Way!!!
After his death the disciples was so disturbed and thinking that their hope was lost and the doubt came: " was it worth? To believe so much in that and now feel so lonely... where is our Savior?" but after three days they could see and tell: "YEAH... IT WAS WORTH IT!!!"

THE QUESTION IS: WHY DO BELIEVE?

AND THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION IS: "WHY DO NOT?"

Then.... The first step is: TO GET UP... WALK AND PUT THE FAITH IN WORK!!!

BELIEVING THAT: IT IS REALLY WORTH IT!!!

WE NEED TO HAVE COURAGE TO GIVE UP... BUT WE NEED TO BE MORE COURAGEOUS TO KEEP WALKING!!!!

The journey is not easy, and this remember me a song from MARY MARY which says: " I CAN´T GIVE UP JUST NOW I've come too far from where I started fromNobody told me the road would be easyand I don't believe he brought me this far to leave me."

About this theme this blogg will be written.

This year needs be a year of changes and transformations... He can .. He will do!!!There´s nothing impossible to God!!!
